OK so the first stool was sent and the leg fittings didn't line up with the base of the seat. I complained and they agreed to send a completely new chair. I asked would they pick up the faulty product. They said give it to charity or throw away. The new replacement chair arrived but without any legs. Seriously bad service. I'd already given the first chair to a local charity and they were going to try and fix it. So I have a chair with no legs- great
