Gagny 48cm H Linen Upholstered Side Chair (Set of 2)

These are the most awful chairs. So badly made it is almost impossible to get the chair legs attached. The Allan key will not go into the available space m. I’d like my money back please as I can’t do anything with them

I ordered 4 chairs which arrived much later than expected. When they did arrived they looked like they’ve been kicked and thrown around the depot or van. After unpacking the destroyed boxes the screws and washers were rolling around in what’s left of the box, meaning there were parts missing. Fitting the seat to the backrest was no problem but the legs are a different issue. Some of the legs were too short or had the plastic anti scratch pad missing. The holes on some of the seat bases were drilled wrong so you couldn’t locate the screws to secure the legs. Upon talking to Wayfair they promptly replaced the items and sent out two more sets of chairs. This time the packing was semi reasonable and all the parts were there. But yet again on assembly the seat base holes were incorrectly drilled for the legs. Out of 8 chairs I managed to build 6. They do look good and feel comfortable but the quality is awful. I gave 1 star due to Wayfair replacing them so quickly. AVOID FOLKS or buy a different seat.
