I ordered a missing part on 5/5/25, I received an email from Wayfair 5/5/25 saying that I should receive the missing part within 10 days and if this timeline cannot be met, a replacement parts specialist will proactively reach out to me to offer alternative solutions. It’s now 19/5/25 and no update whatsoever. Tried getting this resolved by chat but that proved useless. Compared to other companies Wayfair gives appalling customer service. Wayfair leaves the customer to chase. What Wayfair are really saying to the customer is they don’t care!
