This item arrived on time, a week ago but sadly I have no idea what it is like because despite paying over £70 to have the item assembled I have heard nothing relating to this service. I have telephoned Wayfair twice and on both occasions was assured that someone would contact me immediately to arrange the visit to assemble the item. So far I have heard nothing, not good customer service!

Quality of the kitchen island was average. I love that it adds more storage in the kitchen. The flip-door cabinet opens and closes softly, ideal for little hands to don't get hurt. Same as the door. The expandable countertop surface is appreciated. Wheels are good quality. I would say drawers are on the smaller size. You will need smaller cutlery trays. Overall it is a good addition to the kitchen to keep it by the wall as a breakfast table or in the middle as an island for entertaining.

Was obviously damaged in manufacturing as there is a gouge in the side which had been painted over, and due to bereavement I didn't have the energy to complain, difficult to put together. The back would look better with an outside panel as it shows the fixings. Very useful space but the damage reflects in rating.
