Chairs good for price delivery exelent on time white glove service not so good would not use that service again

requires concise operational instructions leaflet/ positional markings on the buttons as my other 2 reclining chairs. Assembly instruction could be more concise (only found it had castors to fit when extending the foot rest as the box containing them dropped on the floor!!
