Lisbon 2 Seater Sofa

While the sofa itself is adequate, the delivery service was abysmal. The 2 staff given the responsibility of delivering were of the Laurel and Hardy school of delivery, and the bungling around in my hallway and into the lounge was painful. I ended up with scratched paintwork in multiple places, and I was lucky that the paintings they dislodged in their incompetent efforts didn't come crashing down. I had to ask them "Have you done this before?", and in the end I had to take over and bring the sofa into the lounge myself. The absolute worst delivery experience ever- and this for a 2 seater sofa. Wayfair were below par in their response to my complaint, and as such I am unable to use this company again.

A little concerned with the material stretching, and creaking from what sounds like a wooden frame. Les Turner.

This is the third product I have ordered from Wayfair that I am disappointed with and I have only ordered three altogether. Very cheap. You roll into the side when you sit on it. The cheap wooden frame creeks when you move. Looks really nice. Ordered an open box version first for nearly £200 cheaper and surprise surprise they cancelled it with no phone call or explanation which left us with no alternative but to then purchase the more expensive version to go with the three seater we had also ordered. Disappointing. 

Delivery was superb, very well made, Would of liked the arms to be a bit higher!! But still comfortable

Brilliant ceiling fan. Absolute bargain, super efficient and perfect in summer. Have had for two summers now and we love it.
