Wood Kitchen Island

No stars at all!! Website clearly stated that the product was ready assembled but then arrived in 2 flat packs (on separate days). Customer services then told me via WhatsApp as unable to speak to a human that it was a mistake on the website. They offered me 20% discount to keep the item but when I refused they then offered 35% to get someone to build it for me!! Again refused as I specifically wanted a ready assembled unit. Still waiting to get further information from them. Poor quality for the cost.
