Great compact sofa for a small space Good value especially as bought when on sale Good enough for occasional use Back cushions a bit thin so needs extra cushions nd throw to make it comfy

I wrote a letter of complaint a soon as we put it together...but have heard nothing from you. Both seat back cushion have gray stripes running from top to bottom!! They look awful. I asked that they be replaced but have received no response from you.I will send pictures again.

Was missing cushions on delivery - will see how long it takes to be resolved - not too happy it wasn’t delay with there and then and delivery scheduled for the next couple of days - I have to wait for the manufacturing get back to me . Which I think is poor !! The sofa is a lot flimsier than I thought. Doesn’t seem that comfortable but will see once it’s out the package for 24 hours !! White glove delivery assembled it for me no hassle on that part.

I needed a small occasional use two seater sofa to fill a small space in my home. The Balaton Vegan sofa was ideal. It arrived the next day and came vacuum packed and was so easy to put together. It has absolutely complimented the room and I am delighted.

Nice footstool ,thought had storage due to name but does what's needed otherwise
