Very disappointed to receive a damaged item, bent leg that can’t be straightened or replaced, damage to wood door, damage to top wood corner and although adjusted, the doors did not line up. Immediately filled out the online form to return the item and request a full refund. I was not looking forward to dealing with a non human in after sales care but the process by text was extremely straightforward. My refund is being processed within 3-5 days and they are allowing me to donate the damaged item to our local hospice. So although I am really disappointed that the product I wanted arrived damaged and am now going to have to search for another cabinet as I didn’t get what I wanted, Wayfair seem to have dealt with the complaint very efficiently which is very much appreciated. 1 star for the cabinet but 5 stars for after sales service
