Parts missing shocking wardrobe

2/5 stars. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this wardrobe. Assembly was a nightmare - the instructions were unclear, and it took hours to put together. To make matters worse, the wardrobe arrived damaged, with scratches and dents on several panels. Given the state it was in and the hassle of assembly, I was expecting a full refund. The company offered a partial refund to keep the wardrobe, which I accepted since I'd already assembled it. For the inconvenience and subpar product, I hope they'll take steps to improve quality and packaging. Not the best start to my home decor project.
