Bomera Solid Wood Rectangle Accent Cabinet

Would give 0 stars if possible. Product is not as advertised (it is oak inside not black), product is faulty (not possible to attach the back of the sideboard as in instructions - it's therefore lose on one edge as can't be attached, the back also hangs over from the side and can be seen at the front) and is covered in scratches and scrapes. Emailed for support and was told all items were like this as opposed to me being unlucky, and that if I was "unwilling to enjoy a 20% discount" (for a faulty/damaged and not as advertised product) I could return the product in the box....but the product is built and its not possible to get it back in the box (as I explained to them) so I've been left stuck with a faulty product not as advertised. Product is also cheaper (than with 20% discount included) on the manufacturers own website so feeling completely ripped off - don't know why wayfair are allowing it to be sold on their website.

When the chest was delivered, there were cracks on two pieces of wood. Wayfair helped us sort it out and replace it with a new one. They are really efficient. It is in good condition, and we are satisfied with it.

Pleased with this cabinet now it is together. It did take me a while to construct especially as two of the parts were similar but not the same so I got them round the wrong way at first. Maybe little number or letter stickers would have helped. There was a small amount of damage on one part but I was able to ensure that went to the back where it would not be seen. Looking good now.

Excellent quality product at a very good price.

I shopped around for a cabinet and Wayfair offered a great variety and the prices for solid wood were the best!
