After the first delivery has been failed, I spoke with a advisor. The lady asked if I want my money back instantly, but I wanted the bed, so she rescheduled another delivery and everything was so quick and on time. The bed is exactly what we needed.

Hinges on bed at bottom broke after two months, now hinges at bottom of bed have broke. Have not even had the bed s year and doesn’t get lifted up daily. Waste of money, rubbish quality!!!
