The sofabed arrived with holes drilled in the wrong place, screws missing and bolts which didn't fit into the brackets (4 out of 8). Wayfair took months to rectify this and would only do so by delivering a new sofabed for me to remove the parts I needed. When used as a bed I had complaints about how uncomfortable it was. It does look nice as a sofa.
