Sofa is very comfortable, however the couriers used were awful, the item was due on 1st Dec, there is no number to call the couriers on and I also emailed customer services for wayfair but had no response. By 14th Dec the courier website had updated to say item was on its way! If Wayfair used a different courier I would have rated higher but as they discharge the delivery liability to someone else who is not contactable, scored low....note sofa was a 5 stars!
