Looks good .. but it has some kind of problem as slats come off during the night and it is annoying and you could get hurt .. May be the problem is with only one that I got or all. Booked the return and they are charging £50 for that ..

I was skeptical about the colour even as much as i love the design and I settled for it since the colour I wanted was out of stock but guess what? The moment I opened the pack and saw it, I jumped. It's so fine. My pictures don't do justice to it. It was pretty easy to install. Did it all by myself and I'm super excited

The bed itself is looking lovely and the colour is stunning! Unfortunately, there are no pre- drilled holes for the feet so unless you have good toolbox, it will be tricky to manage. Also, you cannot attach the feet properly as the metal structure is built in the way that it will not allow you to add 2 screws that should be there. Otherwise, good bed and fast delivery! thanks Wayfair!

The quality of the bed is quite poor. It came with a cut in the material on the headboard which luckily is not visible once the bed is assembled. The supports for the slats are already split so will not last long and the feet for the footboard are not a simple fit and I feel some people may not have access to the tools required to fit them.

Ordering and delivery was quick and efficient, however when the bed arrived the headboard was damaged with a small rip on the back. I contacted Wayfair by live chat and provided a photo. The customer service I received was great and the advisor said they would send a replacement headboard. I was happy with this. When the replacement headboard arrived a week later, it was more damaged than the original. It was ripped on the front and back, the feet were scuffed as if it had been dragged along the floor and part of the plastic panel inside was snapped and had ripped through the back of the headboard. Again, I contacted Wayfair by live chat who were helpful and apologetic, they offered me a discount of 20% but I decided to return the bed and get my money back. The refund was processed straight away without fuss. I’m happy with the customer service I received but I’m so disappointed with receiving damaged goods twice. Perhaps it’s down to the courier?
