Brought the bed at such a reasonable price, the delivery men carried the boxes upstairs for me, i live in a coach house, was easy to assemble till I got to the last bit, attached the black and silver poles, the bed wouldn't close, without them, the bed is to heavy to open, have contacted customer service, awaiting a reply. Hope it can be sorted, is very comfortable with my mattress.

Absolutely love this bed, exactly like photo. Is very heavy to get upstairs comes in 2 boxes. Would I but it again most definitely.

Excellent product. Nice colour, good quality strong sturdy not at all difficult to assemble.

Bed looks lovely, but we had a problem with our mattress being too heavy for the bed. Wayfairs customer service was absolutely amazing - they tried so hard to resolve the problem and once we realised it was a mattress problem, gave us a 35refund as compensation.
