Had more features than advertised. A real bargain in the sale.

Delivery process was a nightmare. Repeatedly tried to deliver to a business out of hours. Communication between Wayfair XDP was an absolute joke. Chair itself was badly packaged packaging was damaged on eventual arrival! Padding on the chair is nothing like the advertised picture, as in a lot less padding on the delivered item. Wood finish is not to the expected standard of a chair this price! Was expecting more for the cost of the chair, but comfortable. overall.

Chair is good value for money,delivery should have been on Tuesday ,it eventually arrived on Friday,packaging was battered.on opening and construction found two chips chair and one on foot stand.due to bad packaging.this needs correcting.
