Great quality chair very comfortable easy to assemble.

Sofa is excellent, but the delivery times and dates were messed around a bit. The delivery guys themselves were brilliant.

This is a nice little sofa and it’s what I wanted but the delivery could have been better. The sofa came in three pieces but only one large box. The box was too big to come in through the front door so the delivery men carried it around the back of our house where we have double doors. The box was very heavy and awkward but if they had just opened the box, the three sofa parts would have come in the front door easily. They left the huge box in the living room unopened, and to be honest it exhausted us opening it and putting it together - probably because we are both into our 70s. In fact my husband is almost 80. But not an offer from the delivery men to even get it out of the box. They couldn’t get away fast enough.

We were told delivery was 6/324 and it came 4/3/24 but luckily we were all prepared and at home luckily to receive the sofas. Delivery was excellent. And delighted with our sofas. Lovely and firm and comfortable. Really like the appearance and manual recliners are great and easy to control. Delighted thank you and great price.
