It's a great sofa! really soft and good support, great size, looks amazing. But one of the arms will not fit in, we've spent all day trying to fit it. It's obvious some parts aren't made very well. Delivery was not great, XDP lost the package, and only sent one person to lift it up the stairs when it did arrive when it said delivery would include 2 (I just felt bad for the guy having to do it on his own.
