Office Chair

The chair was nice but just not suitable for what I needed. Returning it on the other hand, was a very frustrating experience. Wayfair use DHL who are awful (I've reviewed them separately). After several no shows from DHL I contacted Wayfair again. I was told that they would send a special collection service, that was Wayfair's own, that I would receive an email confirmation and I could book a date. No email arrived and I had to contact Wayfair again. This time I was told that the chair wasn't big enough to qualify for the special collection service. I then arranged to take it to the post office myself and paid extra. After 10 working days I had not received any confirmation of return so had to contact them again. I have now received email confirmation that my refund has been processed, so I'm waiting now for it to land in my account. Here's hoping I don't have to contact them again! I won't be buying a large item from them for as long as they use DHL.

Cute and compact. Firm (But not overly. Still comfy) and lovely look. Nice feel/material. Gorgeous colour.
