the headrest at the top of the chair needs more padding when in or close to the upright position. The existing headrest padding starts to low causing discomfort across the sholder blades. the picture of the chair on the webpage does not show the wiring for the heat pads & vibrating pads for the seat nor the foot stool. It is necessary to scrol down several pages to find they are included. An email to the supplier was not sympathetic (case of buyer beware I suppose)
