Shirleysburg Bookcase

Awful bookcase design. The sides are in 2 pieces each and bend in the middle because the screws don’t hold it tight. The back panels come in tiny sections with the middle having 3 small squares to attach, then 3 for the top and another 3 for the bottom. I put the whole thing together, tacked on all the panels and when I stood it up. It snapped in half where the two joints on the sides connect and split in two. That then snapped the 3 back panels around that point. So now I have the top half of the bookcase balanced on top and a hole through the middle section to the wall. I’ve bought a lot of bookcases and these are easily the worst. Very poor design having the sides in two pieces and such small tedious back sections.

Good quality. Nice finish. Easy to assemble. Deep and high shelves so great for A4+ sized books.

I’ve ordered this bookcase for my kids bedroom. Straight after unpacking the item, we found out few individual parts of the unit are dented and scratched. Contacted customer service and a small compensation has been offered, to avoid the hassle of sending it back, I’ve agreed. Will think twice before ordering from Wayfair again

Alles prima, nachdem ich gelernt habe, dass dpd für jedes Paket eine Änderung der Zustellung benötigt und hier die Lieferungen nicht zusammengefasst werden. Wayfair hat auf Nachfrage alles geregelt und heute habe ich alle Pakete zusammen. Ein Regal wurde bereits aufgebaut und alles hat gepasst und war vollständig. Sehr gute Qualität! Empfehle ich gerne weiter.
