Great item. Fits perfect in the space in my wardrobe. Holds all my shoes of different shapes and sizes. Added vonis to have the bench seat.

This was perfect for me. I was worried it might take up too much space in my hall. But it's quite narrow which I'm really pleased about. I put it all together myself but struggled attaching the front that opens for shoe storage. Worked it out in the end. Very pleased.

Overall the bench looks nice. The padding a little cheap close up. The mechanism and for the shoe door rotation is problematic and we had to drill a new hole. The problem is that the wood is very hard, the screw very small and the mechanism appears very poorly designed as it doesn’t insert into the side wall… so the weight of a door and shoes relies on a really weak point. It had collapsed once already. We can’t fit very much inside (partner size 11 shoes doesn’t fit in any way horizontally, the door catches on the top lip even though the length is ok… even my shoes that are size 6.5 have to be folded sideways). There’s definitely room for improvement as if the rotation of the door hold was moved a little back, then bigger shoes can be held. And just as we speak, the small rotation has just busted itself…
