Spearman 3 Seater Modular Sofa

At the moment a 1⭐️… Delivery & Communication with Wayfair absolutely brilliant.. & then it went rather downhill. The assembly of this “ lovely Spearman Couch is very easy, with brilliant easy to read instructions from the manufacturing company. The seats come vacuumed packed within the whole delivery & state quote “ NOTE The cushions have been vacuum packed for transportation, please allow up to 72 hours so that they can return to their original shape” So did so … still in this unacceptable state.. ( I have not sat on it at all.. since it’s delivery).. Sent photos to Wayfair Customer Service department with a view to having “ None vacuumed chair seats replacements “ I was assured they would be sent free of charge… I then received another email from a further Wayfair customer service operator who reached out to me?!! Stating that they had contacted the manufacturer who in turn stated .. that I should see what happens in 10-15 days… then if not satisfied put in another replacement order… Really I don’t think so… so very very disappointed as the colour, back cushions & “ seemingly stable structure” are just what I wanted…

Absolutely beautiful just love the comfort and so easy to assemble

Super easy to assemble, great value for money. This sofa looks lovely in the home. It is very firm but I do like that.

The sofa arrived in one box. Though the cardboard box was easy to recycle. Everything else inside the box was wrapped in soft plastic. This could not be recycled. The instruction and recommendations for putting the sofa together recommended two people. Though it was just as easy for one person. The sofa is stylish and completely different to anything found in any of the main furniture retail companies. The only draw back is. The main seating cushions come vacum packed. The instructions say it could take up to 3 days for them to expand back to full size. Unfortunately this hasnt happened even with people sitting on them. They gave the sofa a look of an un made bed. The cushions looked nothing like the photos. This has now been rectified with new foam inserts. The sofa was worth spending that little bit of extra on.

This was my first purchase from Wayfair. Delivery service was excellent being delivered ahead of estimated date. Came well packed, with all parts clearly labelled. And despite it's size my son was able to assemble it alone. As for value for money, it was excellent. The fabric is a good quality and as a person with cats, there is a bonus to the quality of the fabric. It is "pluck and scratch" resistant. As a first purchase it has certainly encouraged to go on and purchase more items.

You get what you pay for! Comes so suction compressed you cannot get it out of the box. Still compressed cushions 5 days later. Arrived with staining like mould. Complained to Waitrose after very poor communication had to take day off work last minute. Reported not happy and all they could say is apply for a discount on the app orders. Was not able to do as it didnt show any order Not happy one bit with the service! If could give zero score I would. Cannot tell you how comfy the seat is as it is still compressed and there is also a weight restriction of 16st I was unaware of. I am 16st

The colour is not accurate nor what I expected, it looks more like a worn out blue and not as bright as the promotional photos. I am a bit disappointed with the colour. Other than that, it's alright, the sofa is a bit hard at first to relax on, but after a while I got used to it.

Lovely sofa! The perfect balance between firm and soft. We wanted something that would be comfortable to sit on for a good amount of time but also supportive and not gives us back ache or numb bums. And this is the perfect so far for that. Amazing value for the price and came nice and compact so we could easily get it through a normal sized door. The assembly was incredibly easy and required no tools. Just slot in parts and hand tighten legs. 1010 all round from us.
