Spearman 3 Seater Chenille Sofa

This storage space is exactly what I wanted. The beauty brightens up the bedroom and its design is so beautifully crafted. It is a really good buy.

At the moment a 1⭐️… Delivery & Communication with Wayfair absolutely brilliant.. & then it went rather downhill. The assembly of this “ lovely Spearman Couch is very easy, with brilliant easy to read instructions from the manufacturing company. The seats come vacuumed packed within the whole delivery & state quote “ NOTE The cushions have been vacuum packed for transportation, please allow up to 72 hours so that they can return to their original shape” So did so … still in this unacceptable state.. ( I have not sat on it at all.. since it’s delivery).. Sent photos to Wayfair Customer Service department with a view to having “ None vacuumed chair seats replacements “ I was assured they would be sent free of charge… I then received another email from a further Wayfair customer service operator who reached out to me?!! Stating that they had contacted the manufacturer who in turn stated .. that I should see what happens in 10-15 days… then if not satisfied put in another replacement order… Really I don’t think so… so very very disappointed as the colour, back cushions & “ seemingly stable structure” are just what I wanted…

Absolutely beautiful just love the comfort and so easy to assemble

Super easy to assemble, great value for money. This sofa looks lovely in the home. It is very firm but I do like that.

The sofa arrived in one box. Though the cardboard box was easy to recycle. Everything else inside the box was wrapped in soft plastic. This could not be recycled. The instruction and recommendations for putting the sofa together recommended two people. Though it was just as easy for one person. The sofa is stylish and completely different to anything found in any of the main furniture retail companies. The only draw back is. The main seating cushions come vacum packed. The instructions say it could take up to 3 days for them to expand back to full size. Unfortunately this hasnt happened even with people sitting on them. They gave the sofa a look of an un made bed. The cushions looked nothing like the photos. This has now been rectified with new foam inserts. The sofa was worth spending that little bit of extra on.
