I have only given 2 stars as delivery guys dropped one of the two part sofa package trying to get it from the back of van which was behind other boxes. They managed to lift it onto another box and then it fell to the bottom of the van. Delivery assembly that I paid for which states white glove service did not happen. There were no gloves and I had to ask the two men to wash their hands before lifting sofa from boxes. Finally, sofa is put together and it does look lovely however the two seating parts are not in line so I will need to see if this rights itself in the next 24 hours. Apart from that the sofa is true to colour and lovely.

Efficient and in the time frame they gave me. Very happy with my sofa.

Great Sofa. Fast delivery. Comfortably firm and easily sits 3 people. Head part also reclines as the legs come up. Smooth reclining and beautiful light grey colour.

Good three seater sofa but hard to put clips on still not on properly could been bolt together underneath but happy with it

Delivery was a little delayed and the tracking awry, but the lads happily delivered the boxes upstairs for us. Assembly was easy and logical, about 30 minutes from opening the boxes to sitting down to test. Recliner motor is smooth and pretty quiet. Sofa is firm to sit on. Back height is good, but won't fully support your head if you're much over 5' 6" ish.
