I’ve used Wayfair many times, but on this occasion the service was appalling. The units were due to arrive on 23rd December, but weren’t delivered until 13th January I continually texted for updates, but only received standard replies, which were just condescending platitudes - ‘it would all be worth it when my beautiful unit finally arrived!’ In reality, I believe the order was misplaced your customer service staff weren’t prepared to order a replacement unit for delivery, but expected me to wait until mine had been located. A family member was travelling 150 miles, to assemble the furniture I had to mess him about postpone his trip 3 times No genuine apology received - very, very poor service. Staff training, in Customer Service, is definitely required. I don’t expect to be addressed in that way
