ARTI 2 Door Solid + Manufactured Wood Wardrobe

Is a very sturdy wardrobe and has plenty of storage space. Was pretty easy to install it even though in the comments other customers have complained about the instructions. It has arrived bit chipped inside, however the lovely customer service helped us and offered a small discount.

The wardrobe was sent with missing pieces - Wayfair then reduced the price rather than sending the missing parts so had to source these for myself, then thee doors were sticking and wouldn't close and now the doors have fallen off completely. Absolute waste of money!

Bad experience. Poor customer service and poorly manufactured product. Firstly, the items were delivered on an unspecified date. The boxes were wet and looked like they had been dragged through mud. 3 of the 5 boxes had damage to the packaging and 1 box showed damage to the panels inside so they had to be replaced. The couriers were reluctant to bring the items into my house, I wanted them placed in the hall which they did after they had a look! It stated on the delivery note that they deliver to any room of your choice! lol. I reported the damaged items on 20th January and I was given the 27th February for the next delivery date which I considered to be an unacceptable waiting time but customer services staff only apologize rather than respond to resolve problems quickly. The replacement panels were delivered 3 weeks later on 10th Feb. When I started the installation a found that the 'PRE drilled' screw holes for the door handrails were located in the wrong place so I had to buy a small drill bit and re-drill the 28 holes in the right place. 1 of the doors is also slightly wrapped which causes some of the handrail screw heads to hit the end panel on closing which has caused damage to the edging in 3 places. The large internal shelf was out of alignment so it overlapped the cut channel which holds the back panel so I had to modify it to make it fit. The wardrobe depth is 57cm but the actual depth for clothes hangers is only 48cm which is inadequate because when operating the sliding door it rubs against the clothes. I can understand why so many customers have complained about the installation instructions because nothing is in writing and for the average person the pictures are not clear or detailed enough. Although, this wasn't a problem for me since i'm an experienced DIYer and have a technical engineering background but I am surprised the manufacture's have ignored these comments. Value for money wise you are paying for the sliding mirrored doors, the carcass is just 16mm veneered chipboard. Is it worth it? In my view about £500 so I would NOT recommend this product. Finally, my purchase agreement is with Wayfair not with the couriers or product suppliers, apologising and deferring blame does not resolve problems and for that reason I will not be purchasing any more products from Wayfair.

Very difficult to put up, and the instructions are unclear. 5 days later and I'm still attempting to finish putting up the wardrobe. Looks good quality
