Very dissapointed, we bought this for our new house, we got it early September...kept it in the box...we took it to ourcnew house...upon opening it up there are no instructions with it..the screws do not fit..I paid a lot of money for this and I have obviously been sent a returned item...there is no way this is a new one. Not a happy bunny! On top of this its damaged
