Alderete Computer Desk

Great desk in summary, but FYI drawers are more lilac than white. This is my fourth desk since lockdown (!) as havent found one Im comfortable with or weve had to change furniture so feel like a pro ha. Despite this it was a bit confusing to put together but mainly as I missed in the instructions to take the drawer rails apart, then attach one to the desk, and the other to the drawer. Not that clear on which holes so did have to triple check lining it up. Otherwise its a great sturdy desk with lots of space and I love the open drawer as well as closed ones. My only bug bear is that THE DRAWERS ARE NOT WHITE. I bought this knowing the style matched a shoe cabinet we have and you can see the comparison in the photo of drawer front vs white shoe cabinet. I did suspect this could happen as others mentioned it in their reviews. Not a huge deal but I may paint the drawer front before assembling just so my eyes dont go crazy!

Really good desk that is space efficient and can hold a lot of tech! Aesthetically great in a room as well. Only downside is it’s a bit of a mission to build.

Nice desk, but the finish in one of the drawers was damage.

The biggest problem for me was that the colour of the drawers are not white, they are more Lilac, and one of the drawer doesn’t go as smoothly. I actually had to take the desk apart after installing to make it better, it’s like 90% now (the other drawer is perfect). Had to do with the some pre drilled guide holes not lined perfectly. The instructions are rubbish but you can figure it out how to put it together if you’ve put furniture together. Not a big problem. The rest of the table (top and legs) actually feel very nice and sturdy. For the price I think it’s still looking cute enough, but now I need to paint the drawer fonts myself..

This came well packed and pretty easy to put together, even though the instructions are very poor and you need a magnifying glass to view them. Sturdy unit and looks nice in the room.
