Needed to ring customer service as delivery day wasn’t updated, this was soon sorted and chairs arrived promptly. We didn’t have any problems with the assembly, it is a two person job . The instruction diagrams could be a little clearer, however we are both in our 80s and we managed to figure it out. The chairs are so comfortable we are really pleased with them.
