1 chair 2 boxes very very heavy so get some help. Well packaged easy to put together work well. Very firm to sit on ,but padding on arms thin feel the wood hence 4 stars.

Excellent exactly what I wanted. Fabric thick cushion is very good. The bonus is that when reclining chairs it doesnt hit the wall cos it slides forward slightly! Which also means it doesnt need so much space. Its also a fair price!

Ordered two chairs to only receive one and a half chairs - after nearly a week I have still not received the missing parts - Talking to AI is a waste of time.. not a happy customer and on top of that offered 10% of next order !!!! I would prefer 10% refund of what I have just paid…
