Jeffrey 52cm W Solid Wood Bedside Table

Received on 13-6-2019. Sadly both table tops damaged on a corner as if they had been dropped. Boxes damaged also. Extremely poor quality. This should be illegal. Remembered not to damage the boxes as the company will not accept returns if damaged.

Absolutely rubbish ,the packaging of these items is very flimsy resulting in damage to the corners of the tables this has happened on 4 occasions I’m not happy at all.

These bedside cupboards could have been great. We bought two to go either side of a double bed. The packaging and the boxes was poor, and appeared to have been opened and re-packaged several times. The box said you must retain packaging if you return, but in practice the packaging was not suitable for re-use. The cupboards themselves had a few minor defects and marks, the main one being a mark (possibly a repair which had been varnished over ) on the top front of one cabinet. Another problem was that the holes for one handle were drilled at a slope so the handle (without repair) was at an angle. A 3rd disappointment was the internal drawers which despite being strong, were badly stained and looked like wood that had been left out in the rain over the winter.

One of the drawers sticking slightly, however, I dare say in time this will cure itself. Overall, very happy with choice.
