I have given 5 stars for the fantastic customer service that I received via Wayfair unfortunately the wrong colour chair was sent out and was not what I wanted but the way the issue was dealt with was amazing and for that reason I wouldnt hesitate using the company again. Well worth 5 stars

Love it! Much softer and comfier than I expected. Only got it today so can’t comment on sturdiness over a long term basis but first impressions suggest it is good quality. Struggled a bit putting it together but I really just needed stronger arms. The actual process was simple.
