Soucy 67cm Bar Stool: Classic Button Back & Ergo Footrest (Set of 2)

Absolutely fabulous look stunning and awesome bargain really pleased with yet another Wayfair purchase.

I ordered these stools in November and was initially sent the wrong item (an electric fire). Wayfair refused to collect the wrong item but resent the stools. The footrest was the wrong height so you cant sit at an island with your legs under the counter. I have requested a refund and booked a returns collection for 6th January. No-one came to collect the return despite me staying in all day on 6th and after trying to contact customer service through the online chat multiple times, no-one has been able to confirm when the stools will be collected nor when I will be refunded my money. I am now being ignored by customer services.
