Fable Solid Wood 80 cm W Chest of Drawers

This solid wood combi chest has a nostalgic design that brings to life vintage style to the fullest. The perfect workmanship, the attention to detail, and a fascinating choice of material give this chest a certain exclusivity. Reclaimed Indian wood from old ships and bridges, which has been recycled using elaborate processes and made into high-quality material, forms the basis of this collection of furniture. The colourful lacquer that covers the chest gives it a patinated look that is reminiscent of a bygone era. The wood grain, visible under the colouring, is fascinating and makes you appreciate the origin of the wood. The wood surfaces are protected by the lacquer and are smooth and flat. Inside the solid chest are two practical shelves, providing optimum storage space. When you look at this chest closely, you can see small finesses and special features in the form of carvings on the legs and the unique latch. These delicate details have been lovingly added by hand. Small wooden catches, attached to the body of the chest above and below the doors, keep the doors of the chest closed. This gives the chest an antique look and underlines the vintage style. Both cupboard doors have profiles and metal handles. They are held by solid, high-quality hinges, which enable easy opening and closing.
