I feel like the picture is a bit misleading and it's on me for not checking the dimensions properly but this table is TINY. Like, it is SO low to the ground it would really only work if you're sitting on the floor. It's also very square and looks totally ridiculous in front of a sofa or chair. It's even lower than a footstool would be, like putting your drink on a shoebox on the floor. Don't get me wrong, it's heavy and sturdy and the wood feels lovely but I picked this up in the Clearance for £35 - down from £95! I can't imagine what planet you'd have to be on to be ok with spending £95 on a tiny "table" like this. At best I can move it to a room corner and put a huge tall plant on it or something. SO daft. You'd have to be basically lying on the floor to see into that shelf bit underneath...
