Weiner Tall Gold Leaf Chest Of Drawers With Hand Painted Cranes

Very nice drawers but defects down each left side of both chests of drawers. Customer service is very poor, first a robot saying could only give compensation for ONE chest of drawers, then a human who said compensation COULDN’T be given for 2nd chest, but a replacement side panel could be sent out for ME to attach to the drawers (lol), then finally a manager who said the robot had already given me compensation for both chests of defective drawers! Since I’d already spent about an hour taking and uploading photos of the defects in addition to on the online chat (the human was by far the worst), in the end I agreed to a meagre £47.00 off each chest of drawers which have very obvious flaws in the paintwork/ finish down each left side!

Incredibly Beautiful chest of drawers. BUT there is a hole the size of a 20p piece in the back of the drawers! The hole goes through the cardboard packing and the thick polystyrene and through the wood,…taking the drawer out you can see daylight! The drawer it self is not marked. Very glad the hole is in the back of the drawers and not the front!! Or I would have to return them. Would have given 5 stars but for the hole!
