Well what can I say, we have had this chair for 8 months now and noticed that the quality was not what we expected for such an expensive chair.
So the next thing you do is complain about the quality and Notfair agreed to give us a refund with no need to return the item but think about people less well off than ourselves and perhaps give it to a charity shop ( if I was a bit more cynical I might have thought that it will save them the expense of collecting a chair that they can do nothing with)
Now we got the refund and you would think happy days, but no…we took out a five year accidental policy which was £99.14 and you would think that as the chair was faulty and well under a year old that we would get that back as well but no, because the chair was after their 30 day ’policy’ we could not and the policy paid for the chair…so in effect they only give a 30 day warranty, I’ve not checked but you would have thought that the minimum warranty would at least be year !
I feel that Wayfair have stolen nearly £100 from us because they sold such poor quality furniture.
Really, Really not happy…actually we are furious with Wayfair customer care from
someone called Bri who kept sending us their terms and conditions which he seemed to think covered them.
The next stop is Citizens Advice.
