It was completely impossible to assemble it. Actually there is a problem in the first step of assembly, it is imposible to assamble the wheels of the chair

The chair is easy enough to assemble and does the job of an office chair decently enough. However, after owning it for only one month, the cylinder seems to be broken--it no longer raises and lowers the seat. It's not the worst thing in the world because I only ever use it at maximum height, but it does seem like a concerning sign for the rest of its longevity.

The handles are not extendable vertically so the height adjustment is bad I am not able to rest my arms at all.
