This looks glossy in the pics. It’s rather dull and cheap looking. Remote control does not work but replacement on order. Screws on show nothing to hide them with. LED lighting will not stick down keeps falling off. Ordered black over the phone received white. Decided to keep it and build it up wish I had not bothered. Seemed like a good idea with the combination. I will be replacing this soon but will see first before I buy. You may have a different opinion to me

Was delivered ahead of schedule which wasn't a problem. It was extremely well packed and hence no damage whatsoever. The most pleasing thing was that all the items enclosed had identification stickers on them even including the fixings in labelled bags. I would recommend!

So beautiful piece,easy to assemble if you grasp the pictograms,this electric fireplace just advanced my living room making it look colorful,warm enough and poshy,delivery was timely.
