The first flat pack arrived without any screws so instead of opening another flat pack they sent me another complete coffee table. So I have that to get rid of. The second one arrived after a week and for something that looks simple and neat it’s a pain in the backside to put together. The instructions are appalling and I’ve put a LOT of flat packs together over the years. Some of the screws had plastic wrapped around the thread too so I had to pick all that off before I could use them. I’ll be buying fully assembled or part assembled going forward. And now to add insult to the injury they've reduced it in price.
