Geismar Unfinished TV Stand for TVs up to 60"

Good looking piece but arrived with 4 slightly damaged pieces. The box was fine so it just can’t be packaged particularly well 2 of the damaged pieces could be hidden but the other 2 are on the front. I’m getting used to not noticing them Straightforward to build but unable to put one screw in due to the hole not being properly pre-drilled.

The unit itself is nice apart from each corner has been damaged not sure if it was wayfair themselves or the delivery company but you can clearly see the box has been stood on and not been looked after properly.

Dear Sirs. I have found it very difficult to speak to someone regarding my last order of a Como tv low board. My joiner has just went to put this together for my daughter moving in to her house today as she got married on sept 4th . The packaging was not damaged but when opened there are a few dents in different places of the unit. This is unacceptable as it would be showing if he did proceed to build this item. I do not want to order another one due to the time scale that we have as I now feel I have to buy local for her. Can you advise where I go from here as I am at a loss with not being able to speak to someone on the phone. Thank you in advance. Eileen Blyth.

Service from Wayfair was good and price of unit reasonable BUT delivery was dreadful the box was open both ends and covered in oily substance, the unit was damaged we didn’t send back as using unit in a spare room and price low plus didn’t fancy packaging back up in filthy box. We are thinking about purchasing much more expensive units for our lounge but haven’t yet as worried about delivery & damage!!! Really think you should look at who you use to deliver.
