The sofa itself is "okay", the build quality is less than amazing for a fairly expensive product but the real hassle with our order was the delivery. Wayfairs chosen courier, DX, some how managed to loose our first two attempted purchases in transit, you have to ask yourself, if your courier can lose not one, but two sofas, what are they doing? When the third attempt finally arrived, it was a one man drop-off who refused to even help take the sofa to my front door, let alone through it. I live in a flat with stairs, who delivers a sofa with a one man team?! If I hadn't had friends to call on the sofa would still be sitting outside in the rain...thanks Wayfair I will be thinking long and hard before using their services again.
