4 Seater Chenille Sofa

We loved the appearance of this sofa but unfortunately it was rock hard to sit on! We gave it a few days to see if it would soften at all as I had only seen positive reviews regarding the comfort but unfortunately we had to return it. The return process was very straightforward and we just had to pay £50. The guys who came to pick it up did all the heavy lifting and were very friendly and quick! A full refund was quickly issued back into my account so I really can’t fault Wayfair. It would have been good to have some sort of softness level score on their sofas you are buying online as you can’t sit on them so just have to go off other reviews and appearance!
