Great bed - easy to build. Drawers are great as you can remove them completely if needed. Lights and Bluetooth work great!

Received the bed a week early despite the date being given in ordering. We weren’t ready for it so had to leave in box for just over a week. When we did open it we checked all the parts to ensure nothing was missing. The hardware pack was in a sealed box with other parts but was ripped open with screws loose all over and over 20 screws completely missing! We called wayfair to resolve this who said the manufacturer would contact me about sending out a new hardware pack. I then receive an email at 3am telling me the hardware pack in the box is correct. I never said it was incorrect I said it was damaged and loads of parts(screws) missing! I called again and was told the manufacturer would contact me. Meanwhile I have a 10 year old sleeping on the floor and a bed we can’t put together! Disgusting customer service and quality control.

Really pleased with this bed. It was a bit tricky to put together, mainly due to the instructions being very brief and the screws being numbered wrong in the box, but it was definitely worth the effort. The bed looks amazing and the quality of materials is really, really good. The bed looks much more expensive than it really was. Very premium look and feel. Loving the storage drawers and led lighting system and, so far, there doesn’t appear to be too much noise or rattles when you move around and the bed feels solid and stable.

Lovely bed, great lighting feature around the headboard, easy to assemble with easy to read instructions. Only downside - the 4 draws are basket style and not very deep could be better if they were slightly bigger this is why I give 4* and not 5* the draws let this bed down a little if you’re looking for extra storage in a small room not so great but if it’s just an extra for a big room then I’d say great, overall nice frame good value for money - the mattress was not included I brought this separately
