Rakestraw 4 -Person Glass Dining Set

They moved the delivery date without telling us. When we spoke with customer service we found out the order comes in two packages and they will be delivered on separate days (one a day early and the other on the originally scheduled day). While I was trying to move the delivery date back to the original date as we would not be home, they delivered the first package several hours earlier than the delivery window that they had set when they had changed the delivery date. They simply left the massive box in front of the door for anyone to take, and left, although on their website it says they will attempt delivery three times. Then they rescheduled the second package for a day after the original date, again without telling us. And then they delivered the second parcel one day early (on the original delivery date). A joke of a company. Unless you are willing to take a week off to receive your delivery or don't care whether your items are stolen, I wouldn't order from this company. Quality is precarious, one of the chair screws didn't work, so fingers crossed for whoever sits on that seat. Wouldn't buy again.

It very good

The table was delivered in a damaged box, and the damage has penetrated through to the glass, leaving it with a crack. There are two chairs which are extremely unbalanced, they sway from side to side whenever someone sits down on them. This is really disappointing as the other two are completely balanced.I was very excited for this

Rather disappointed with this purchase, very flimsy. Every time we move the table the legs become lose. A screw keeping one of the chairs together is faulty and won't screw in the fixing, making the chair unstable. I am hoping the manufacturer can sent me a spare without having to send the whole set-up back. Also the chair fabric is very plastic and don't reckon it will last long before tearing. Shame as the set looks quite nice,, but there are just too many problems for something that wasn't that cheap to buy.

Beautiful set of table and chairs. However, my package came damage and the contents inside the box came severely damaged. Was very excited to upgrade my home and I am now disappointed. However I told them about the damage and they replaced it which I was happy with it and appreciate the help.
