Lovely and comfy chair . But are totally not light grey they are actually a taupe creamy colour

Well packed for delivery. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Look very nice and feel comfortable to sit in.

Two sets of chairs are missing on this order, even though the order was placed and paid for promptly. The chairs and table are nice-looking. The chairs are very comfortable and match the color of our dining area, giving it an expensive appearance. However, the customer service has been very difficult to communicate with. Despite providing all the necessary details, I only receive one email per day from them, even when I respond immediately. To date, there has been no resolution, and this issue has persisted since the delivery on the 7th of March. Update! The missing chairs have arrived after a long time of emails and explanations but the promised legs for the unwanted tub chair never arrived. Will never order from Wayfair ever again. Poor communication ie. one email a day. Poor customer service response. Poor and slow delivery time. Poor or no compensation for the mistake they have made.

The chair is lovely and value for the price. I wanted white but the closest available colour is light grey.
