The bed arrived damaged, upholster material dirty (ordered the beige), several screws missing. This was apparent only after removing the packaging. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because Wayfair customer service was fantastic: they sorted out returning the item immediately. This bed would have been needed for Christmas so even though we get a refund, still very disappointed.

Love it. It was really easy to assemble and all parts were present - no issues with putting it together. It is really well made, good quality materials and really sturdy. Happy with the purchase.

We didn’t unwrap this for several months as our house move was delayed, when we did open it the base has a big scratch / chip which is a shame.

Relatively easy to assemble. Looks amazing! It’s a bit lighter than the pics but still a beautiful bed!

Fantastic quality bed. Really well built and sturdy. Instructions to build aren’t the greatest as I struggled to figure out how to put the legs on and which way round they went! But got there in the end and really pleased with the end result.
