Less than 2 days and the wheels already broke.

This is the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on. It’s so hard…. It’s going back.

First of all. I really liked the sofa, the color, the style, etc. I thought it was a great choice of furniture and it looked lovely in our living room. It has storage, it is foldout full-size bed. It is easy to assemble, you don't need to book 2 men's assemblies, which is what we did. Also, Wayfair UK will move it to your room of choice. Our living room is on the second floor, the moving staff was kind, polite and very efficient. We've wrapped our staircases and flooring just in case it might get damaged. It would have gotten 5 stars until we unwrapped it. It arrived with some significant damage inside. When asking Wayfair for a replacement. They weren't going to be replacing it for 2 months. We were extremely disappointed about that. They also only offer a fraction of the discount, which doesn't work well in UK consumer law. We are still in the progress of a dispute. Imagine having to wrap the stairs again and go through all the trouble of moving them in the house. There will not be a guarantee of a non-broken replacement either. Nevertheless, I wasn't able to find such a stylish and cute sofa until I saw this one. It will be nice if they find the reason of why they kept breaking during transportation. Such a shame.
